Delivery of Health Product Orders (excluding Nature's Sunshine Products)

All delivered goods are subject to a charge for postage and packing.  All orders are accepted subject only to these Delivery Conditions.  Orders are despatched either from the UK or from mainland Europe, depending on the product ordered.

Delivery Costs: The delivery costs stated below are in UK Pounds £ and are applicable to United Kingdom destinations only.  All costs are subject to change without notice.  In addition to the P&P charges listed below, there is a 'Heavy Item' postage additional supplement of £6.50 on all mattress pads. 

Delivery Radius:  Orders placed from outside the UK may be subject to additional delivery charges to the amounts above and this extra amount will be confirmed to you and charged on each customer order prior to the despatch of your order.  Additional overseas delivery charges will be dependent upon weight, your preferred despatch method and your final destination. 

To find out how much the additional charge will be to send your order to your own country in advance of you placing the order, please contact us with details of your potential order, and despatch method and we will provide you with the cost for additional postage IN ADVANCE OF YOU PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Carriage: Items ordered on a weekday will normally be despatched within 2 days of the order being placed pending credit card clearance; this does not include weekends or UK Bank Holidays.   

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:  Depending upon our current stock levels, within the UK, you should receive your order within 7 days of placing your order pending credit card clearance.  We will notify you immediately should the despatch times take longer than anticipated due to possible stock issues.  Delivery timeframes outside the UK are dependent upon your preferred despatch method, your destination and the total weight of the order.  The options for international despatch include:

• International Datapost: Next day delivery

• Air-Sure: Depending on destination, approx 2-3 days

• Global Priority: Depending on destination, 3 days

• International Standard: Europe, 3 days

• International Standard: Outside Europe, 6 days

Local Customs Import Duties and Taxes:  Please note that for all overseas customers outside of the UK and the EU, your imported goods may well be subject to import duties and taxes which are not included in the basic delivery charges (unless specifically requested) and therefore these duties and taxes may need to be paid locally in your own country by yourself, before your parcel will be released for delivery to you.
