shall be deemed as 'The Contract' in which the customer acting

within one month and shipped at the cost of Nature's
Sunshine Products. If for any reason the item does not become restocked
by Nature's Sunshine Products within one month, the cost of the out-of-stock item(s) will
be refunded in full.
