Australia
is heavily regulated by Therapeutic Goods Administration and
Tamper Issues, administered by the Australian Government. If
therefore the product is damaged, tamper-seal broken, or not in
a saleable condition at the time you receive the order, you
should immediately contact Natural Body Healing, the Independent
Distributor who can arrange for the product to be resent to you,
at the cost of Nature’s Sunshine Products.
However,
if you, as the customer, change your mind about the order once
the order has been received, or if you order incorrectly and the
product has already left Nature’s Sunshine’s warehouse, we will
not be able to accept returns and make the necessary refund to
you.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any Nature's
Sunshine product,
having
followed the dosage instructions as listed on the label,
you
should initially
contact us for a Returns
Authorisation Code and our postal address. Once you have
received a Returns Authorisation Code from us, you can return the
item(s) directly to Natural Body Healing, for a full refund or we can replace the item for a product of
similar value (exemptions apply – see below).
However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must return the
product(s) to us within 50 days of placing your original order. Full refunds do not
include freight costs which must be accepted by you.
Monies will be refunded within

days of receipt of the product returns; however, refunds
of this nature will normally be made within 72 hours, and will
be made to the credit card or Paypal account from which the
original payment was made.
'Exemptions' to making refunds or providing replacement items,
include:
Any Nature's Sunshine Water Treatment products as they are covered by their
own warranty terms.
The customer changes his/her mind about the order once the
order has been shipped from Nature’s Sunshine’s Product
warehouse.
The product has not been stored in accordance with the label
storage conditions.
The product has expired.
Nature’s
Sunshine Products will not accept
product returned directly from a customer unless this product
return route had
already clearly been authorised by Nature’s
Sunshine Products.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of the
product contents, label claims and relevant warnings in advance
of placing the order. This information is clearly stated within
each product specification listed on our website. So, in
choosing to purchase online any of the Nature's Sunshine
Products provided by Natural Body Healing without the approval
of a qualified healthcare professional, the individual is
prescribing for himself/herself and assuming full responsibility
for his/her choice of purchase.
